Matt Sweetman
Founding PastorMatt was born 1979 and grew up in Brighton, England. He moved to the U.S. in 2004. He is married to Heather and they have four children: Jones, Macrae, Paisley, and Finley. After pursuing a marketing career and simultaneously completing Trilogy (three-year biblical studies), he felt called to start a church. They moved to St. Louis for a year of Church Planting Training, and then in April 2009 planted the church.
Bryan Mowrey
Support PastorBryan is the Senior Pastor of Jubilee Church in St. Louis, Missouri. He is married to Rachel and they have three children: Ella, Simon & Josephine. Bryan oversees Confluence churches in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Bryan is committed to building churches that embrace the tensions of scripture…and he’s good at golf too. Bryan also serves as a support Pastor for Trinity Church Chicago.
Jaron Scott
Support PastorJaron and his wife Chelsi have been married, and lived in Joplin, Missouri, since 2018. They welcomed their first son, Theodore, in September 2023. Jaron is set out to lead people to Jesus and build leaders who lead people to Jesus. Jaron is currently pursuing this aim as lead elder of Christ’s Church of Joplin as well as professor of Organizational Leadership at Ozark Christian College.
Josiah Lorentzen
Support PastorJosiah is the lead Pastor of Rock Church of the Quad Cities in Davenport, Iowa. He owned and operated different businesses for 15 years until God called him to full-time ministry. Josiah is currently pursuing an M.Div. In addition to his general Pastoral duties, he loves golfing and spending time with his wife, D’Ann, and their two children - Selah and Chaynan. Josiah also serves as a support Pastor for Trinity Church Chicago.
Mike Sandusky
Support PastorMike is the Lead Pastor of Living Hope Church in St. Joseph, Missouri. You can call him Mike or by his beloved nickname, “Doooskey.” Mike is passionate about seeing Jesus transform lives, relationships and communities through the power of the gospel. He is passionate about the local church. Mike enjoys sports, occasionally playing Halo, and spending time with his wife McKenzie, their two daughters, Lila and Kitty, and son, Lincoln. Mike also serves as a support Pastor for Trinity Church Chicago.
