Weekend Schedule & Highlights
Friday, September 25
- 3:00 PM Onward | Check-In
Arrive at the Cedarberry Inn (855 Phillips Blvd, Sauk City, WI 53583) to get settled into your room and unwind. - 8:00 PM | Evening Gathering
We’ll kick off the summit together in the hotel conference room for our first main session, setting the tone for the weekend. - Late Night | Hangout & Fun
Stick around after the meeting for pool time, group games, and time to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.
Saturday, September 26
- Morning | Fuel Up
Enjoy the complimentary hot breakfast right at the hotel before we head out. - 8:00 AM | Devil’s Lake Hike & Devil’s Doorway Challenge
We’ll trek out to Devil’s Lake State Park (S5975 Park Rd, Baraboo, WI 53913) for a 2- to 4-hour hike through some of Wisconsin’s best terrain, featuring the classic Devil’s Doorway Challenge. - Afternoon | Cookout at the Park Shelter
After taking on the trails, we’ll gather at the park shelter for a well-earned cookout lunch, fellowship, and closing encouragement. - 5:00 PM | Departure
Pack up and head home refreshed, encouraged, and refueled for the season ahead. (Note: Departure time is subject to slight adjustments).
Registration Options & Pricing
Space is limited, so we recommend registering early to secure your preferred room type:
- Single Queen Room: $150 (Private room with one queen bed — limited availability)
- Double Queen Room: $100 per person (Shared room with two queen beds — roommate required)
