This Sunday, hundreds of thousands of people will be coming to Chicago take part in and watch the annual Chicago Marathon. The northern-most part of the race will occur very close to where Destination Church meets. Runners will come north on Inner Lake Shore Drive to Addison St and then head south down Broadway. Attendees driving to church this Sunday should plan for traffic and street closures, especially if coming from the south or southwest. CTA Red Line trains will operate more frequently than normal, and many bus routes will be re-routed during the marathon, including the 22 Clark.
