One thing we make a regular habit of at Destination is serving our community. We desire to play our part in helping make the city of Chicago a better place for everyone to live. One specific place where we’ve completed several projects is Hamilton Elementary.
We have another chance to serve them this Saturday Oct 22 and we already have a lot of enthusiasm from many in the church. However, we still have lots of opportunities for people to jump in and make a difference. As we invest our time with this serving project we can once again be a blessing to our community and express the heart of the gospel.
Where: Hamilton Elementary School. 1650 W. Cornelia Ave, 60657 (Near the Paulina Brown stop)
When: Saturday, October 22nd / 9:00am – 1:00pm
What: Painting or working in the pumpkin patch
Please join me and many others as we serve the parents, children and teachers of Hamilton Elementary this Saturday.
