Earlier this month we had the honor of partnering with OneTribe church in Nairobi, Kenya, for their second annual Kids Club. Over a four-day period, 114 local kids joined us in fun times of worship, games, crafts, and Bible stories.

The club included a wide range of participants, both from the church and wider community, as well as from several children’s centers providing care for the orphaned and disadvantaged. It was a great joy to see such a diverse group of kids interacting, learning, and singing God’s praises together with one voice!

The following Sunday, OneTribe held a Family Service with all kids joining the adults for worship and a fun and interactive sermon where Timo, one of the leaders, made cupcakes and explained how God uses many different but equally important ingredients to make us in his image.
We’ve been so fortunate to have a relationship with OneTribe, which is the fruit of apostolic mission and the connections we have in our wider church family. As a result, we’ve developed great friendships with the believers in Nairobi, and have the privilege of both giving and receiving in our partnership with them. There is a strong sense of family between us, and we hope to continue on mission together for many years to come!
