TRINITY CHURCH SMALL GROUPS / CONNECTIONS PASTOR

This is a full-time position for a Pastoral role as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 5:1-5, and Acts 20:17-35 (please review these verses) with primary responsibility over Small Groups. The person in this role must demonstrate a mature Christ-centered lifestyle with evidence of godly character, clear calling, ability to preach, and leadership gifting. Church guests will be assimilated through the Small Groups / Connections Pastor who will develop and sustain a healthy “relational sphere” of shepherding within the church.

The Small Groups / Connections Pastor reports directly to the Senior Pastor and is responsible for overseeing a variety of staff and volunteers. Depending on the candidate’s call and gifting, this role may evolve in the future. Potential candidates must have a strong work ethic and a wholehearted commitment for life-long city ministry — with the understanding that God can redirect this calling down the road.
